Do you meditate for hours every day? Do you have to go for a run to feel balanced? Are you doing energy work constantly? Do you find yourself going to healers, psychics, counselors, or spiritual leaders for advice frequently? Do you absolutely have to eat a certain diet to feel normal?
Could you be addicted to your daily habits and practices?
The Test
The way to know is to give them up for a week or even a month. Are you able to maintain the mood, demeanor, and balance you’ve come to know and desire from yourself?
If your mood drops when you drop your practice, you’re likely using the practice to avoid the real emotional work which needs to be done.
Law of Attraction Events
Absolutely everything is a Law of Attraction event.
That means that whether it’s your boss at work, something your girlfriend or boyfriend said, or a thought in your head: you drew that to you because it matched something inside of you.
These Law of Attraction events, or reality mirror responses, are responding to your emotional condition. But you can temporarily trick reality into thinking your emotional condition is different or better than it actually is.
Four Ways to Leverage
There are four ways I’m aware of to leverage LoA the way you might leverage gravity with a pulley system to change your perception of reality:
1. Emotional Clearing Work
2. Energy Work
3. Mental Work
4. Physical Training and Diet
All four will work, if done properly and with enough intensity, but number two, three, and four in my experience are only temporary solutions. You will have to continually keep doing that work every day in order to stay clear.
The Permanent Solution
When you use emotional clearing and clear causal emotions, you never have to do the work again.
Let’s say there’s a mean little kid that’s throwing mud at your window. Every time he sees you walk by your window he slings mud at it. Every day you go out and clean the mud off the window. Then the kid sees you in the window again and throws more mud. This continues every day. The kid just keeps slinging mud.
Now, you can keep the window clean most of the time if you’re willing to frequently go out and clean the window, but it would be easier to just go talk to the kid and figure out why he keeps slinging mud. If you can heal that, you don’t have to clean the window anymore because there will no longer be any mud slinging in your direction.
Techniques vs Root Work
The LoA techniques in 2-4 are all cleaning the window techniques. Emotional clearing work is dealing with the kid throwing the mud.
LoA is rendering your reality based on your soul condition. Emotional clearing work is the only work I know of which addresses the soul cause rather than effects. All other practices address effects in the physical or spirit body, but not the soul. Therefore most practices are only temporary in their effect because all bodies render their condition based on the purity and ability which you have to receive your soul’s direction.
Hours of Practice
The people getting the most benefit out of energy work, mental, and physical LoA techniques are those dedicating hours a day to the practice. If they don’t do their practice for a day or so, their life begins to spiral out of control because they have never addressed the root cause of their vibrational cloudiness: their causal emotions.
Much of the spiritually-inclined population is addicted to their practice.

How to Start
If your life begins to spiral out of control when you give up your daily practices, then it is an indicator that you haven’t dealt with the root issue which is rendering your reality.
The best way to start treating your soul condition is to feel your feelings fully.
I use this prayer: “God, fill me with your divine love, truth, wisdom, and grace. Show me what I need to feel. Let me feel it fully.”
And then I trust that whatever shows up next in my life, especially if it triggers me, is there to help me identify a causal emotion from my childhood which I have repressed and spent years building compensatory strategies to avoid.
The Paradox
When I allow myself to finally feel that root emotion and often the deep-seated grief of it, my LoA begins to respond to my new soul condition and reception.
The paradox is that the more you cleanse your soul condition by doing the necessary emotional work, the better all of the other practices will work.
However, when we treat our soul condition, hours of daily practice are no longer necessary. We become the true balance in our soul, instead of constantly trying to avoid the painful emotions which prevent us from properly healing.
We don’t have to clean the window anymore because we healed the child within us who was slinging all the mud.
The Shift
When your soul condition is treated, your Law of Attraction will immediately reflect the shift and healing for good.
And then affirmations, meditation, chakra work, and the rest become erroneous, because you’ve healed it all in the higher dimension of your soul.
