Scarcity Mindset
Why you can't relax about money even when you have enough.
The hidden reason you keep blocking what you actually want.
You know what you should do. The email you should send. The project you should launch. The conversation you should have.
And you don’t. Something in you pulls back right at the edge. You get sick. You pick a fight. You find a hundred urgent things that aren’t the thing.
It makes no sense. You want this. You’ve worked for this. Why would you sabotage it?
Because part of you knows what success brings. Visibility. Judgment. Change. Becoming someone your old self doesn’t recognize. And something deep in you has decided that’s dangerous.
The sabotage isn’t the problem. It’s the protection. Your nervous system learned that staying small was safer than risking what success would bring.
You can’t override this with discipline or willpower. The protection just gets sneakier. But when you feel what you’re really protecting yourself from—all the way through—the sabotage loses its grip. Not because you fought it. Because there’s nothing left to protect you from.
Most approaches try to override the pattern with positive thinking, discipline, or new beliefs. That doesn't work because the pattern isn't a thought problem. It's a feeling problem.
The pattern runs because there's something you don't want to feel. And your nervous system learned that the pattern is safer than feeling it.
The core question this session asks: "What am I really protecting myself from?"
When you finally feel what you've been avoiding, all the way through, the pattern loses its grip. Not because you forced it. Because there's nothing left to protect you from.
