Scarcity Mindset
Why you can't relax about money even when you have enough.
Why part of you doesn't want the thing you say you want.
You get close to what you want. Almost there. And then something happens. You pull back. You sabotage. You find a reason why now isn’t the right time.
It’s not that you’re lazy. It’s not that you don’t want it. You do. But part of you is terrified of what comes with it.
Success means visibility. People watching. Expectations rising. Becoming someone your family doesn’t recognize. Maybe someone they resent.
So you stay in the in-between. Not quite failing, not quite succeeding. Safe in the familiar frustration of almost.
The messages that created this fear are usually invisible until you look: Don’t get too big. Stay humble. Who do you think you are? If you succeed, you’ll leave us behind.
You can’t push past this with visualization or discipline. The fear is deeper than that. But when you feel what success would actually bring—the visibility, the change, the becoming—something completes. You’re not pretending to be something you’re not. You’re afraid of what you already are.
Most approaches try to override the pattern with positive thinking, discipline, or new beliefs. That doesn't work because the pattern isn't a thought problem. It's a feeling problem.
The pattern runs because there's something you don't want to feel. And your nervous system learned that the pattern is safer than feeling it.
The core question this session asks: "What am I really afraid will happen if I get what I want?"
When you finally feel what you've been avoiding, all the way through, the pattern loses its grip. Not because you forced it. Because there's nothing left to protect you from.
Why part of you doesn't want the thing you say you want.
You're early. This will likely be paid in the future, but you'll never be charged without agreeing to it.
