Starting With What’s Real

Whatever difficult scenario is in your life right now is real. It probably sucks. And no one should talk you out of how much that thing occupies your mind and energy.

But here’s a different frame: what if that tension isn’t a sign something’s wrong? What if it’s the force on the line that will, at the right time, propel you into the future with speed and accuracy and grace?

Reframing negative thoughts doesn’t mean pretending things are fine. It means seeing your current situation as the only logical next step to move you closer to your deepest dreams.

This isn’t about lessening the gravity of whatever awful thing you might be experiencing. It’s about seeing it from a higher perspective and learning to recognize how “terrible life events” can also be incredibly valuable signals.

Those difficult experiences launch new desires. They open doors to mysterious and unexpected dimensions of life you couldn’t have imagined from where you were standing before.

Relax into whatever is happening now and let it take you to the next level.

Right Here, Right Now

Stop and notice what’s happening right now. A fan blows. Dogs bark somewhere. The softness of the fabric touching your skin. The forming of thirst in your mouth. A breath in. A breath out.

Every event is just energy ebbing and flowing. It’s all available to harness, surf, and ride into new opportunity.

Your resistance to what’s happening right now slows you from finding and living the future you desire.

Release and Launch

Be present with what is without judgment. Experiment with releasing the judgment and seeing your experience as energy collecting and force being directed.

At the right time, you’ll find you can simply release all the accumulated tension and your rubber band will fly across the room with perfect accuracy.

With enough practice and focus, you can have the feeling of anything you desire. If you can hold the feeling long enough, even in the face of overwhelming opposition and contrary data, if you can release resistance and relax into your most grandiose hopes, in that non-resistance you will live an amazing, fulfilling life.

It may look nothing like what you expected. But it will be big and wonderful and uniquely yours.
