What a Pendulum Actually Does
There are a lot of misconceptions about what a pendulum actually does. At its most basic, a pendulum just amplifies the natural vibrations of your body.
At a microscopic level, we’re all vibration. The pendulum is simply amplifying this natural vibration so you can see it. It’s not magic. It’s not mystical fortune telling. It’s your body communicating through subtle movements you can’t perceive with the naked eye.
Think of it like a lie detector, except you’re the one asking the questions and your body is the one answering. The pendulum just makes the answer visible.
The Practice of Dowsing
Using a pendulum, you can determine how many vitamins, supplements, or pills you should be taking. This process is called dowsing, and it’s a great way to tap into your body consciousness to better understand what your body needs.
By asking your body yes or no questions and then taking note of the amplified vibration of the pendulum, you can find out a lot about what your body consciousness needs at any given point.
The body knows things the mind doesn’t. It registers subtle information about food, about environments, about people. Dowsing is just a way to translate that information into a language you can understand.
How to Start
Give the pendulum a slight swing before you ask a question to give it some momentum to better amplify your body’s vibration.
Ask yourself a question which you know the answer is Yes first, then ask a definite No question to see how your body is vibrating for each. This establishes your baseline.
Once you know what Yes and No look like for your body, you can ask about anything. Which supplements do I need today? How many? Should I eat this food? Which direction should my head face while I sleep? Which book should I read next?
Start with simple questions where you can verify the answer. Build trust in the process before using it for bigger decisions.
Your Body Already Knows
Pendulum dowsing allows you to design a much more personal diet and nutritional program. It’s worth experimenting to see if it’s a good fit for you.
Your body consciousness knows what’s best for you. Dowsing allows you to tap into that knowledge. The question is whether you’re willing to listen.
