Spiritual Emotional Healing: The Three Levels

Spiritual emotional healing happens at three levels: physical, mental/energetic, and spiritual. Prayer works because healing isn't just physical.

From the Vault

I wrote this 5 years, 10 months ago. My thinking has probably evolved—some ideas deepened, others abandoned, a few transformed entirely. For how I'm currently thinking about things, check out what I'm working on today or Jesus Lightning.

Found this through Google? You just proved a point I've made often. This post is still working years later—no ad spend, no algorithm games. SEO is the highest-ROI investment any creator can make. I can help you build that.

Why does prayer work?

Because spiritual emotional healing happens not just at a physical level but at an emotional and spiritual level too.

Reality may actually be more information than stuff. Energy versus matter.

Pulling From the Field

Because of this, many of us in the alternative healing community have found we can pull what we need from the quantum or zero point field.

Sound crazy? Well, just about everything happening right now sounds pretty crazy. Why not give something new, and potentially powerful, a try?

The field holds everything. Every possibility. Every healing frequency. Every resource you could need. The question is whether you’re open to receiving from it.

Beyond Physical Solutions

Western medicine treats the body like a machine. Something breaks, you fix it. Something hurts, you medicate it.

But spiritual emotional healing recognizes that we’re more than our bodies. We’re energy systems. We’re consciousness having a physical experience. And sometimes the healing we need isn’t physical at all.

Trauma lives in the body, but it also lives in the energy field. Emotions that were never processed create blocks. Spiritual wounds from old betrayals still ache. These things don’t show up on an MRI, but they’re real.

A Practice for Calling In What You Need

There are systems which allow you to call in whatever you need at the physical, emotional, and spiritual level.

One system I have found particularly helpful is Quantum K. I started with the Quantum K1 prayer because my mind liked the technical flavor of it. Fractal geometry, harmonics, focused intent. It gave my analytical brain something to hold onto.

But as I have felt my big feelings about God and authority, I have grown to enjoy the Quantum K2 prayer even more. It is basically the same thing, but the mind gets out of the way and learns to receive from God directly. No upgrades needed when you connect to the source of everything.

If you believe in God, you can ask God to assist you in this prayer and meditation. Whatever you believe in, this process of spiritual emotional healing can assist you, if you allow it.

The Role of Surrender

Spiritual emotional healing requires something our culture isn’t good at: surrender. Not giving up, but opening up. Letting go of the need to control the process.

We want to fix ourselves. We want to know exactly what’s happening and why. But sometimes healing happens in ways we can’t understand. Sometimes we just need to say yes and let it work.

This kind of practice can be used as often as you feel you need it to maintain a healthy countenance.

We Are All in This Together

If you are feeling any anxiety or fear and would like to talk some things out, reach out. Connection matters.

We are all in this together. Healing is not a solo journey. We need each other’s presence, each other’s prayers, each other’s belief that change is possible.

Sometimes the most powerful healing comes simply from knowing you’re not alone. From feeling held by something larger than yourself. From trusting that what you need is already available, waiting for you to receive it.
