You are always inventing reality. To do this consciously you must be in integrity with yourself. There must be an understanding of balance and neutral perception, awareness without definition.
Bending Reality
From that place of integrity, you can bend reality. You can choose to experience something and then invent a reality experience of evidence to back up your choice.
The evidence will be minuscule in nature at first. I call this a totem.
Think of the totem as a seed. When you plant it, nothing visible happens for a while. But underground, roots are forming. The process is already underway even when you can’t see the results.
Growing the Totem
As you focus upon the totem with pure integrity, reality will deliver more and more evidence to support your claim. The totem grows.
Eventually, the invented evidence becomes so substantial that you are able to elicit collective agreement from your projections and aspects, the people you perceive in your world.
When there is a majority collective agreement, meaning the energetic scales have tipped in one direction, the reality experience can shift and you will frequency hop to a reality where this thing, the totem, is now truth.
This isn’t wishful thinking. It’s mechanics. But it only works when you’re living with integrity. When your inner state and outer actions align. When you’re not divided against yourself.
Why Integrity Is Non-Negotiable
Most people try to manifest from a fractured state. They want the result but they’re fighting themselves internally. Part of them believes, part of them doubts. Part of them wants it, part of them fears what it would mean to have it.
Living with integrity means resolving those internal conflicts. Getting clear. Becoming one thing instead of many conflicting things.
When you’re integrated, your energy moves in one direction. Nothing leaks out through the cracks of self-contradiction. The signal you send to reality is clean and strong.
Expediting the Lag
Does anything you focus upon with integrity eventually become the reality experience? How does one expedite the lag in time between thinking a thought, seeing the initial totem, and then experiencing the new parallel reality experience?
To frequency hop quickly, we must have utmost faith that the reality simulation is perfect and seek to purely interpret the symbols being served to us.
Upon pure interpretation and translation, we are able to more quickly shift into the new experience.
The lag happens because we keep interrupting the process. We plant the seed, then dig it up to check if it’s growing. We declare what we want, then undermine it with doubt the next day. Integrity means staying consistent. Trusting the process even when you can’t see movement.
Near Real-Time
Time travel is becoming so pure in expectation that reality shifts in near real-time.
This is where living with integrity leads. When you’ve cleaned up enough internal contradiction, when your word to yourself means something, reality starts responding almost instantly to your choices.
Not because you’ve learned a technique. Because you’ve become someone whose inner and outer worlds match. And that alignment is the most powerful force there is.
