Feel what it is like to have the thing that you desire in your imagination and then release all specifics about how it might come to you. Feel it and then trust that whatever comes next is leading you to a tangible experience of that feeling in physical reality.
This is the practice. Simple to describe. Challenging to embody.
Tuning Faith
This requires so much trust. So much grace. I have been tuning my faith in this process for more than ten years and I still do not get it right all of the time. But I get close and I get better every single day at feeling where I am out of alignment and adjusting for that.
Deep trust isn’t something you achieve once and then have forever. It’s a daily practice. Sometimes hourly. You choose it again and again, especially when circumstances seem to contradict what you’re holding in your imagination.
That’s where most people give up. The moment reality doesn’t immediately match the vision, they abandon the practice and call it wishful thinking.
Why Trust Is Hard
It requires deep trust because reality rendering is not instantaneous. The tendency is to discount that your thought, your feeling, has power. To call this new age magic and discount that it is real.
We’re conditioned to believe only in what we can see and measure. So when the results don’t show up on our timeline, we assume nothing is happening.
But something is always happening. Seeds don’t become trees overnight. The invisible work precedes the visible result.
Responding differently, believing your imagination is dictating your experience and trusting that whatever comes next is tuning you towards that desired experience, is how we become masters over our reality experience.
The Space Between Vision and Form
There’s a gap between what you imagine and what manifests. That gap is where your faith gets tested.
In that space, you’ll be tempted to control. To manipulate. To force outcomes. But control is the opposite of trust. You can’t white knuckle your way to alignment.
The practice is staying in the feeling while releasing attachment to the form. Trusting that the universe knows better than you do about the exact shape your desire needs to take.
Sometimes what shows up looks nothing like what you pictured. But it feels exactly right. That’s when you know the practice is working.
The Point Is Faith
Law of attraction works. Prayer works. Visualization works. Anything you give enough attention to will work. That is the point. It is not the practice that creates. It is your deep seated faith that the practice is valid and real.
That is how you shift your physical experience from the template level of reality.
The technique you choose matters less than the trust you bring to it. Someone with unshakeable faith in prayer will manifest faster than someone half heartedly visualizing.
Deep trust is the foundation. Everything else is just the form it takes.
This is dwelling in action.
