On My Lazy Security Guard

I keep late hours. If you know anything about me it’s that I’m a bit of a night owl. That being said, over the last couple of years, I’ve come to know my building’s night watchmen better than most. The relationship is tumultuous at best. Mostly, because we are in a constant battle for creative control. You see, Albert (my night watchmen) is a bit of a scribe, as well. And while he doesn’t keep a blog (that I’m aware of), he does scribble voraciously into his nightly report log. Guess who the main character is? Me.

On Riding a Bike

These people that live near the place that I live and ride their bikes a lot want us to keep driving our automobiles, because if we didn’t, they wouldn’t feel special for riding bikes everywhere. I’ve been thinking about getting a bike, because I enjoy riding a bike. But, I will not ride with the people that live near the place that I live. Those people are self-righteous assholes and I do not subscribe to their personal views on bicycle ownership.
