YouTube has been talking about improving its video quality for some time now, but it appears they might be moving in the direction of offering higher quality encoding for certain clips already.
According to VideoHelp.com by adding &fmt=6 or &fmt=18 to the end of a YouTube video link you will view a H.264 encoded clip at [...]
