The phenom where you tune into something and then see it everywhere? I think that's just heightened awareness. But sometimes, I have an eerie experience, where I dream something and then bump into it the very next day, or think about a phrase, only to encounter it half a dozen times in the next 24 hours. Weird stuff, too, not common. I often wonder about the "psychic" element at times like that. I don't know whether The Secret is nonsense, but I do believe in the power of positive thinking, and possibly the benevolence of the universe. I just feel obligated to send my positive vibes out for "worthy" goals, as opposed to diamonds, or whatever... I think about this stuff all the time! Every time I learn of a new place, I start hearing about that place more often. Every time I learn a new skill, I have the opportunity to utilize that skill to help out a friend almost immediately. I don't understand these things either, but they're as reliable as the butter side of toast landing down... It seems like every time I learn a new word, I hear it in conversation within a week.
