So, by now, you should all be aware of the fact that 2009 is the year that I am planning on becoming famous. Well, guess what, it’s already happening with the help of my new friends over at Showbizzle.com. Not only did they find me talented as a writer, they said (in so many words), “Jon, why don’t you write, act and produce an entire episodic series about yourself? And we’ll pay you the big bucks to do it!” So, for days, I considered whether this would hurt or help my online persona. Would a partnership with Showbizzle put me on the next level of fame? Did Showbizzle really understand what made me such a popular blogger, or were they just trying to capitalize on something that appeared to be buzz worthy?
